Managing the books without an accounting background can be very time-consuming for small business owners, which is why my main goal is to release the burden of bookkeeping so you have the time and energy you need to scale your business.

 

Optimist Bookkeeping specializes in the use of Quickbooks Online, the leading accounting software in the industry. The main services I provide include: categorizing your transactions on a weekly basis, performing monthly bank reconciliations, and generating customized financial statements at month end to assist you in making key business decisions.

Patrick is a 24-year-old young professional working as an Accountant in Charlotte, North Carolina. In his short career, he's already added both public accounting and corporate accounting experience under his belt. Now he's on a journey to fulfill his passion of providing expert Bookkeeping services to dedicated entrepreneurs. He loves spending time outdoors, making new connections, and staying fit.

I'll compare your bank statements to your transactions posted in Quickbooks to ensure that all transactions are accurate and accounted for. This process will help identify discrepancies and prevent errors in your financial reporting.

What are the fees?

I use a flat rate fee per month based on the volume of transactions within your business. We can talk about your specific business needs and figure out how we can best serve you.

How do you perform your bookkeeping services?

I specialize in Quickbooks and I'm a Quickbooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. I work remotely, but will be available to reach by email or phone. If necessary, in-person meetings can be arranged. 

How does monthly bookkeeping work?

I'll analyze and record all of your business transactions through the bank feed in Quickbooks Online to generate monthly financial statements like the Profit & Loss statement and the Balance Sheet.

When do you deliver my monthly financial reports?

I'll make sure your financial reports are delivered no later than the 10th of every month so you can confidently plan your business.
